Mr. Schiavello,
I just wanted to pass on this message to you your staff and all of your volunteers. Especially to Your volunteers and staff that were on the red bus. My dad Merlyn Hoppel and I had a great time. And it was a very Memorable trip. My dad had a very nice time and it was the first time in a long time that I saw him as happy and smiling as much as he did on this trip. It meant so much To him to go down and visit all the memorials specially the wall. He started to talk about some Of the folks he lost in Vietnam. He has not done that in a long time. He enjoy the visit to the Air Force memorial when the Airman took the time to talk with him. The best part of the trip was when we stop at the rest stop just inside the state line and the Warrior Watch folks and 600 of their friends escorted us back to the restaurant and thank each of the vets as they got Off the buses. And took the time to talk to the Vets. He told me today that he feels like being home after all these years. So this trip meant so much to him and me also. So again I want to thank you your staff and volunteers and the Warriors Watch group for such a great time and trip. I do believe it did help all of the Vets. Again thank you so very much for this trip and time in DC. My dad is also talking about going back down on your next trip.
Thank you,
Bob Hoppel
