Scouter has made the tough decision to step down as SC of SEPA. We at National want to thank Scouter for his years of service as SC. He is not leaving but needs more time for his new employment.

We would also like to Welcome Koolaid as the new SC of SEPA. Big Bill and Koolaid you have the watch.

Please join us in thanking Scouter for his service, and welcoming Koolaid.

This news is bitter-sweet for us in WWR.

Thank you Scouter for your dedication . We all appreciate you !
